(Hawrylak, Luican-Mayer, Badolato, Gaudreau, Korkusinski, Sachrajda).<\/p>\n<p><strong>DND IDEAS (2019) <\/strong>\u201cSensitive detection and identification of airborne chemicals and biological agents\u201ddevelops and demonstrates a sensing device for chemical and biological agents based on an emerging class of 2D materials (Luican-Mayer, M\u00e9nard).<\/p>\n<p>N<strong>SERC Discovery Grant<\/strong> (2019-2024) Synthetic manybody systems in artificially structured materials (Hawrylak).<\/p>\n<p><strong>NRC Internet of Things Quantum Sensing Challenge Program : Polarisation-resolved single photon sensors using quantum circuits in 2D materials (QSPQC2DM) (2022-2025)<\/strong>\u00a0 This project in collaboration with NRC\u00a0 will enable quantum sensing of single photons\u00a0 by controlling electron-spin and valley degrees of freedom in devices based on 2D materials.
